GENERAL RULES

  • We only serve persons over the age of 15 (in the case of items not intended for minors, 18+). If you are younger, we require the consent of a legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order without giving a reason (usually due to excessive complexity or inappropriate content).
  • All communication must be respectful. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of our cooperation.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is 100% in advance after the approval of the sketch or order confirmation (unless stated otherwise).
  • We accept payments via Revolut, PayPal, or standard bank transfer.
  • Since this is a custom-made product, refunds are not possible once printing has begun.

IP & COPYRIGHT

  • As creators, we reserve the right to publish photos of the finished product on our social media accounts for portfolio purposes.
  • Products are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale of the design without prior agreement is strictly prohibited.

LOGISTICS

  • UPDATED
    We arrange transport mainly through Packeta (Zásilkovna). New option: Delivery via AlzaBox is now available (CZ and SK only).
  • We are not directly responsible for damage caused by the carrier, but all packages are carefully secured and packed.
  • In the event of a material defect (e.g., cracks in the print immediately after unpacking), please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.

DATA PRIVACY (GDPR)

  • We process your email and personal data strictly and solely for the purposes of fulfilling your orders or sending critical system updates (if you opted into our newsletter).
  • We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third-party corporate entities.
  • RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN:
    You have full control over your data. You can contact us at any time via email or Discord, and we will completely wipe all your records from our databases.
